"Cloudy with a Chance of Peanut Butter" Brownies

Brownie mix has got to be one of the best creations ever - all you need is a box of mix and if you're feeling fancy, a little extra something like chocolate chips or icing to take the dessert over the top. This time, I went with peanut butter M&Ms. Why? Because I wanted to see what the candies would do - would they melt completely? Would it turn the batter into a weird mixture of colors? And most importantly, would they be DELICIOUS?!?!?!

This mixture might be one of the best discoveries - not overwhelming peanut butter flavor but just enough. As one of my friend's (who has not tried them but makes a similar kind of brownies with Reese's Pieces) said "its like, cloudy with a chance of peanut butter brownies because you don't know how much of a peanut butter burst you'll get till you bite in!"  That summation, a rip off of that children's book and funny movie, cracked me up hence the wacky title for these delightful brownies. Thankfully my friends either ate them all or took them home!

Ingredients:
  • fudge brownie mix (1 box, I used Pillsbury)
  • peanut butter m&m's (about 1 cup or more - however much you like)
  • eggs (2)
  • oil
Directions:
Follow the directions on the brownie box. Once all of the mixture is combined, fold in the M&M's and cook according to the directions on the box.

Slice them up and enjoy!
